JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 09-09-2024 On the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court vide order dated 08.08.2024, granted four weeks time to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Registry.

3. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner was offered to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Registry,

Since, despite grant of four weeks time to the learned counsel for the petitioners on 08.08.2024 to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the Registry, the same has not been removed and also taking note of the fact that the learned counsel for the petitioner has expressed his inability to remove the defects during course of the day, this writ petition shall stand dismissed for default for not removing the defects, as pointed out by the Registry within specified time granted by this Court vide order dated 08.08.2024.
