The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 46 of 2018 dated 03.03.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is a general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners of having assaulted the informant and another member of the family leading to injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is a counter version of the occurrence vide Goh P.S. Case No. 52 of 2018 in which many persons of the side of the petitioners also have

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42133 of 2018(2) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 been injured. The victims are not stated to have received any grievous injury. The petitioners are neighbours of the informant and others.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts as also taking into account that there is no criminal antecedents of the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar (Aurangabad) in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 46 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
