The application seeks a direction for setting aside the order dated 15.06.2015 passed by respondent no.4, whereby the respondent-Board refused the prayer of the petitioner for correction in the names of the petitioner and his father. Counsel for respondent no.4 fairly states that the matter be disposed of directing the Board to take necessary steps towards correction in the names of the petitioner and his father. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of directing
Patna High Court CWJC No.10342 of 2015 (3) dt.14-01-2016 2/2 the respondent-Board to take steps for effecting correction in the names of the petitioner as well as his father. It is expected the corrections shall be carried out within five weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
