The petitioner seeks bail in Rauta P.S. Case No. 118 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is allegation in the written report that petitioner gave knife blow upon neck of the informant and snatched Rs.5,000/- from his pocket.

The injury report of the informant has been enclosed as Annexure-2 wherein the Doctor has found two lacerated wound which were opined to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31816 of 2019(2) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 12.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Rauta P.S. Case No. 118 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
