JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2015 After some argument, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the revisional authority under the provisions of The Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 for grant of appropriate relief(s) with respect to the lands in question as also with respect to the impugned appellate order dated 02.07.2012 (Annexure-3) passed in Mutation Appeal Case No. 36 of 2010-11 by the respondent D.C.L.R., West, Muzaffarpur .

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
