The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 157 of 2018, registered under Sections 304(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and concealing the dead body of his daughter. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, in fact, the deceased, daughter of the informant, committed suicide due to quarrel with her husband, Ashok Bind, son of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29125 of 2019(3) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 petitioners, but with ulterior motive both petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, Ashok Bind, husband of the deceased, has already been apprehended and he is in custody since 11.06.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 157 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
