The petitioner is in connection with Uda Kishunganj P.S. Case No. 52 of 2020 for the offences under Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is accused in nine other cases, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer is rejected.
