The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Brahampur P.S.Case No. 83 of 2017 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner obtained the job of teacher by producing forged and fabricated certificate, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by the order of this Court.
