The petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2022 in connection with Kochas (Parsathuawa O.P.) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.
There is recovery of 275.820 litres of country made foreign liquor of different brands from the a Breeza car which was being driven by the petitioner.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 17.03.2022, he shall be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 32383 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XIII cum-Special Judge Excise-II, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Kochas (Parsathuawa O.P.) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2022.
The petitioner will visit Kochas (Parsathuawa O.P.) Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) prabhakar/- U T
