The trial Court vide his letter no.83 dated 23.09.2019 has reported that the petitioner claims himself to be a juvenile and, accordingly, his case was sent to Juvenile Justice Board, Lakhisarai for ascertaining his age and the matter is pending before the Juvenile Justice Board, Lakhisarai. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the aforesaid report of learned Fast Track Court No.II, Lakhisarai, seeks permission for withdrawal of this petition.
