JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 06-11-2015 After some argument, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.6, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the revisional authority under the provisions of The Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961 for grant of appropriate relief(s) with respect to the lands under dispute as also with respect to the orders impugned.
Permission is accorded.
The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
If such a revision application is filed on behalf of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today with a certified copy of the present order and if it is found to have
