The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in short is that the accused persons variously armed came at the house of the informant and started assaulting him by means of Lathi, Danda, fist and slaps as a result of which, injury was sustained by the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 19-11-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. There is case and counter case between the parties. No specific injury is

Case No. 336 of 2018.
