JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-10-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1 (i) Issuance of a direction, order or writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the concerned respondent authorities in the State of Bihar to take steps towards transferring the services of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.10983 of 2015(2) dt.05-10-2023 2/3 petitioners under the Health Department of the State Government alongwith all the consequential benefits in furtherance of the decision taken by the concerned authorities under the Panchayati Raj Department as well as the Health Department of the State Government with respect to transfer of the services of the Ayurvedic doctors working in different Zila Parishads within the State of Bihar to the primary health centres under the Health Department of the State Government;
(ii) Issuance of a direction, order or writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondent authorities under the State Government to take steps towards extending all the consequential benefits in favour of the petitioners in terms of salary, pay fixation, retirement benefits, including pension, etc consequent upon absorption/transfer of the services of the petitioners under the
Patna High Court CWJC No.10983 of 2015(2) dt.05-10-2023 3/3 Health Department of the State Government in a similar manner as any other employee working under the Health Department."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
