2. Considering the submission and perusal of report, as the trial is at the stage of recording statement of the accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure i.e. almost of its fag end, accordingly, prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith, however, with direction to the learned trial court as to dispose it finally preferably within one month, subject to cooperation of the parties.

3. This application is dismissed with the aforesaid direction.
