1. Since appointment of 34,540 teachers has already been made pursuant to the list prepared by Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.K. Chattopadhyaya (Retired) Committee and approved by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the petitioner's name does not find place in the said list of 34,540 teachers. The prayer made in the writ application for consideration of the case of petitioner for appointment as Assistant Teacher cannot be entertained.

2. Accordingly, the present writ application stands dismissed.
