2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with GRP/Kiul (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 266 of 2023 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The participation of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused Virat Kumar.

4. This is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
