JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That the petitioner is invoking the writ jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of the writ of mandamus directing the respondent no.4 to consider the representation dated 28.12.2021 and to take action for appointment of the petitioner on the post of Lady Supervisor in Backward Caste Female category in Sheohar district as appointment of selected candidate has been cancelled and the petitioner is the next candidate at first position in merit wait list."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8118 of 2022(2) dt.06-02-2024 2/2 petitioner submits that since fresh recruitment process is going to take place qua the post of lady Supervisor, in the Backward Caste Female category, the petitioner be granted liberty to participate in the same and the respondents be directed to consider her case on merits as well as in accordance with law. It is directed, accordingly.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
