The present application has been filed for cancellation of bail, granted to opposite party Nos. 2 & 3 by order dated 1601-2019 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Patna City in B.P. No. 686 of 2018.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to prefer an application before the concerned court for cancellation of bail to opposite party Nos. 2 & 3, which was granted to them by learned Court below in Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 187 of 2018.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29831 of 2019(2) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for, on behalf of the petitioner.
