JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-08-2015 Petitioner's writ application is totally based on misleading kind of facts as well as on a presumed kind of discrimination in matter of posting. Petitioner has been posted at Saharsa for last 20 years. That was the background under which he was sent to Purnea and the moment he joined at Purnea, he made an application to be accommodated somewhere in and around Saharsa. The Court directs the Director, Student and Youth Welfare, Art, Culture and Youth Department, Government of Bihar, to post him to furthest Station from Saharsa because he has built up a vested

Patna High Court CWJC No.10574 of 2015 dt.04-08-2015 2 / 2 interest by staying in a station for more than half of his service career in one place. The Director will consider where to find the place of posting for him.

The conduct of the petitioner being such, no interference is warranted.

Decision in this regard must be taken within a period of four weeks from today.
