The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.142 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation, submissions made on behalf of the petitioners and the statement made in paragraph-3 of the petition that the petitioners are of clean antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-XIV-
