The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 20 of 1995 (S. Tr. No. 884(B) of 1998) for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner was granted bail by the court below, but due to the lack of Pairvi, the bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled. The petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner was earlier granted bail by the court below, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Danapur,

No. 884(B) of 1998) subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date fixed by the court below in the case and in case of failure on the part of the petitioner for two consecutive dates without any cogent reason, the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
