The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) to the respondents to enhance the honorarium of the petitioner who is working against the post of Chemist (Contractual) under the control of respondent no.4 since the petitioner has been getting lesser honorarium than to the other contractual employees working under the different employer of the State Government."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8142 of 2022(2) dt.06-02-2024 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Engineer-in-Chief-cum-Special Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances, in the light of letter dated 17.12.2019, written by the Executive Engineer, Public Health Department, Darbhanga. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the Engineer-in-Chief-cum-Special Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Patna shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
