Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 62/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/379/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, while the informant along with this brother was harvesting his field, petitioners fired and assaulted with fists and slaps and snatched a golden chain.

No.29088 of 2020(3) dt.05-01-2021 2/2 It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that due to land dispute there is case and counter case between the parties and both sides have sustained injuries in Marpit and the injuries sustained by the informant have been found to be simple in nature. Petitioners have got clean antecedents as stated in paragraph No. 3 of the petition.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the bail application of these petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua, in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 62/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
