2. This application has been filed for quashing of the impugned order dated 08.01.2016 passed by learned C.J.M, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Nautan Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 342 of 2013 by which learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. There is serious allegation levelled against the petitioner to have killed the deceased.

4. In these circumstances, no interference is made out against the impugned order 08.01.2016 passed by learned C.J.M, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Nautan
