The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Darauli P.S. Case No. 86/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant Jaleshwar Ram filed Complaint Case No. 1115/2015 on the basis of which the present F.I.R. was lodged. The informant made ten persons including the petitioner accused in the case for kidnapping of his minor daughter.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that entire allegation is false and concocted. The victim made her statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. She alleged that she had gone to see Yagya. Her aunt Meera Devi requested her to accompany her to Naihar. She took sweets and

The victim did not name the petitioners. The victim did not make any sort of allegation or allege any ill-treatment at the hands of the petitioner.
Petitioners are close relative of the victim. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, aredirected to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 86/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
