2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 81 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, One Md. Kalim @ Kaila is the assailant of the injured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to local village politics. Learned counsel submits that the First Informant Report was lodged against unknown but during the course of investigation, the name of the petitioner was roped in this case. The petitioner is in custody since

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka/ concerned Court in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 81 of 2024.
