The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47715 of 2017 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Aurangabad Mufassil P.S. Case No. 118 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,308,379,504 and 506/34of the IPC and the petitioner was to furnish bail bonds within twelve weeks. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to serious illness, the petitioner could not furnish his bail bonds within the stipulated time.

No.45314 of 2019(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender and the period of furnishing bail bonds of the petitioner is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 118 of 2017 pending in the Court of the learned CJM, Aurangabad. The bail bonds of the petitioner will be accepted provisionally by the learned court below and the same will be accepted finally only on verification that the petitioner has not been made accused in any other case. If it is found that subsequent to grant of bail the petitioner has been made accused in any other case, then the petitioner will surrender and pray for regular bail.
The order dated 17.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47715 of 2017 stands modified to the extent indicated above. This application is disposed of.
