The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 77 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147/148/149/342/323/324/302/307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against this petitioner.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence, the deceased along with Sakindra Sahni was going on motorcycle which hit one she-goat thereafter, both of them were assaulted by local people.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27242 of 2019(2) dt.26-04-2019 2/2 is not an eye-witness in the case. He has named the petitioner merely on suspicion.

Learned counsel for petitioner further submits that other co-accused of this case have already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 235 of 2018, 7776 of 2018 and 39508 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 77 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/mu keshU T
