However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State referring to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 4 categorically stated in paragraph no. 5 and 7 of the counter affidavit that the amount deducted from the unutilized earned leave salary of the petitioner amounting to Rs. 1,07,913/- has been paid to the petitioner on 12.05.2014 and it appears that the grievance of the
