JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 341, 323, 354(B), 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of this petitioner has been rejected earlier by this court vide order dated 20.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31517 of 2020 It is submitted that there is land dispute between the parties and the FIR has been lodged after 10 days of the alleged occurrence.

Considering the facts of the case and the fact that prayer of petitioner for anticipatory bail has been rejected earlier on merit and no fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the bail, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is again
