JUSTICE RUDRA PRAKASH MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-07-2025 Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the present bail application, with liberty to file a Criminal Appeal under the provisions of Section 101(5) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. He further prays that the delay in filing the said Criminal Appeal may be condoned, as the appellant was pursuing the remedy of bail before this Hon'ble Court. 2.

Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to file Criminal Appeal under the provisions of Section 101(5) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.
