2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent for measurement of the petitioner's land appertaining to Khata No. 244,, Plot Nos. 1782 and 1783 situated at Village - Salimapur, Circle -Marhowrah, Police Station -Marhowrah (Gaura O.P.), District -Saran admeasuring 3 katha.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7486 of 2023 dt.08-08-2023 2/2 petitioner has brought on record Annexure-15 by which it transpires that the said plot which is subject to measurement in BLT Case No. 74 of 2020, has been decided vide order dated 23rd of July, 2021 and against the said order, the private respondent has preferred a writ bearing CWJC No. 1878 of 2022 before this Hon'ble Court. In the present writ, the petitioner has not added any private person as party respondent.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the order which is to be executed is under challenge before this Hon'ble Court in the aforesaid writ petition.

5. In this background, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to pursue his remedy, if still survives, after disposal of CWJC No. 1878 of 2022.
