The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 191 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case with an ulterior motive. Further submission is that the petitioners have no criminal

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of petitioner no. 1 by contending that there is direct allegation against petitioner no.1, who entered into the house and gave Khanti blow on the head of the grand-daughter of the informant with intention to kill her.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advance on behalf of the State, prayer of the petitioner no.1, Puran Yadav, is rejected and the prayer of rest of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner nos. 2, 3, and 4 be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Banka in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 191 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
