JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That by filing this application the petitioner seeks kind indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of appropriate direction, order or writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to conclude the selection process of Anganbari Sewika in gram panchayat-Gangauli (ward no.1) under Mashrakh block of Saran district pursuant to advertisement published in August, 2019 relaxing

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted, by referring to paragraph-14 of the counter affidavit that on account of inadvertence, the vacancies with respect to Ward No. 1 Gangauli Panchayat had been published on the website of the N.I.C., hence the District Programme Officer, Saran has been requested to remove the same.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to participate in fresh selection process as and when the same is notified. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
