2. With the consent of the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. In the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for grant of following relief:- "That this application is being filed for issuance appropriate writ/writs by commanding the respondents issue appointment letter of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7376 of 2026(2) dt.23-06-2026 2/3 petitioner as per the final Merit List dt.- 22.05.2025 (Annexure-P3 series) in which petitioner is at no.1 and all the formalities were completed on the post of Talimi Markaj Shiksha Swamsevi with all consequential benefit."

Learned counsel for the petitioner while advancing argument submits that for seeking the aforesaid relief, the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 01.04.2026 before the District Programme Officer (Literacy), Muzaffarpur (respondent no.6), which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-P-4 and the same continues to be pending. He, therefore, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued to the District Programme Officer (Literacy), Muzaffarpur (respondent no.6) to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner within a fixed timeframe, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5. To the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State does not have any objection.

6. Considering the limited nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of, directing the District Programme Officer (Literacy), Muzaffarpur (respondent no.6) to dispose of the pending

Patna High Court CWJC No.7376 of 2026(2) dt.23-06-2026 3/3 representation of the petitioner dated 01.04.2026 (Annexure-P4) within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

Needless to emphasize that the final order, which shall be passed by District Programme Officer (Literacy), Muzaffarpur (respondent no.6), should be a reasoned and speaking order, and in case the petitioner is found entitled to the relief, which the petitioner has claimed through the representation, the same should be extended to the petitioner within a further period of three months from the date of passing of the final order by District Programme Officer (Literacy), Muzaffarpur (respondent no.6).

8. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.

9. All pending interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also be deemed to have been disposed of.
