2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 420, 406, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner, in lieu of providing job to informant's son, received total Rs. 4,50,000/- (Rupees four lacs fifty thousand) from the informant, but neither the petitioner provided any job to informant's son nor returned money to informant.
