The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i) To hold and declare that the letter purported to have been issued by the then Executive Engineer Mr. J.N. Tripathi vide Memo No. 1069 dated 01.10.1981 terminating the service of petitioner was a forged document/letter being not signed by Mr. J.N. Tripathi Executive Engineer, Flood Control Mokama as revealed in an information given by the Office of

Patna High Court CWJC No.20012 of 2014(2) dt.09-08-2023 2/3 Executive Engineer, Flood Control Division, Mokama under the R.T.I.

Act. on 13.11.2013.

(ii) To hold that the issues involved in the case and adjudicated earlier by this Hon'ble Court vide its order dated 05.07.2011 passed in previous writ petition of the petitioner C.W.J.C. No. 2630/2011 requires re-consideration as the same was adjudicated and decided solely on an incorrect and misleading fact, brought on record by the respondents by way of a forged office-order under memo No.1069 dated 01.10.1981.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondents on the basis of such declaration to regularize the service of the petitioner on grade-III post in the Department of Irrigation Govt.

of Bihar and pay consequential benefits after such regularization."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20012 of 2014(2) dt.09-08-2023 3/3 present writ petition, to which the learned counsel for the respondents have got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
