(3) PLJR 1029 (Akhilanand Singh & ors. vs. The State of Bihar & ors.), hence the present writ petition can be disposed off with a direction to the University to absorb the services of the petitioner in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Akhilanand Singh & ors. (supra) as well as for payment of the consequential benefits in terms thereof.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8709 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent no. 6 shall examine the case of the petitioner and take a final decision in the matter and in case his case is found to be similar, then similar benefits would be given to the petitioner herein.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondent no. 6, enclosing a copy of the judgment passed in the case of Akhilanand Singh & ors. (supra), within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 6 shall pass a reasoned and just order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
