The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ for quashing the letter No.

NITP/754/14 dated 12.05.2014 issued by the signature of Registrar, NIT, Patna whereby the representation of petitioner in the light of the order dated 09.12.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11549 of 2007, has been rejected, contained in Annexure-17.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, to which the learned counsel for the respondents does not have any objection. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
