The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sikta P.S. Case No.26 of 2014 giving rise to Complaint Case No.1603(C)/2014 registered under Sections 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner and others said to have ablaze her.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of the ferdbeyan of the informant Sikta P.S. No.26 of 2014 was registered under Section 436 and 34 of the IPC. The Investigating Officer after investigation found acquisition against the petitioner false and accordingly submitted final form which was accepted. But on pretext, the present case proceeded.

No.250 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the police after investigation found the acquisition against the petitioner is untrue and the case proceeded, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No.26 of 2014 giving rise to Complaint Case No.1603(C)/2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
