This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 20.02.2012, issued under the signature of Chief Medical Officer, Munger vide Memo No. 394 by which order the respondent No. 7 has been appointed as In-charge head clerk in the office of Civil Surgeon, Munger contending that the petitioner is senior to respondent No. 7.

3. Respondent Nos. 4-6 have filed a counter affidavit wherein, in paragraph-4 thereof it has been stated that the order impugned in the writ petition has been anulled/set aside by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7012 of 2012(7) dt.24-10-2024 2/2 order as contained in Memo No. 538 dated 24.04.2012. The aforesaid order dated 24.04.2012 issued vide Memo No. 538 by the Chief Medical Officer-cum-Civil Surgeon, Munger has been annexed as Annexure-A to the counter affidavit.

4. In view of the counter affidavit by the respondent Nos. 4-6 as discussed hereinabove, I find that the relief sought for by the petitioner in the instant writ petition has been granted by the respondent authorities.

5. In that view of the matter there remains no live issue(s) to be determined by this Court. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
