For direction upon the respondents to provide the petitioner with all the benefits to which she may be found entitled as a widow of the deceased employee.

(ii). For direction upon the respondents to redress the grievance of the petitioner by way of extending all the benefits as per law.

(iii). For direction upon the respondents to pay the compensation to the petitioner to which she is legally entitled."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11032 of 2015(2) dt.18-08-2023 2/2 petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
