In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.230 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that a dead body has been recovered from a river Budhi Gandak as has been alleged that it is the petitioner who thrown the victim in the river having been stated that this incident has taken place on account of some illegal relationship.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order without being influenced by the order of this Court.
