The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 75 of 2023 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. Further submission is that on perusal of seizure list, it would be evident that the recovery of illicit liquor has been made from Runway Purani Toll near the school of Prabesh Jha. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Case No. 75 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
