JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is widow of Late Bipin Kumar Dutta who was appointed on the post of Assistant in the Ghoghardiha Block in the District of Madhubani w.e.f. 1.3.1985 in the Pay Scale of Rs.580-10-620-15-770 E.B.-15-860. His Service Book was opened in January, 1986. The petitioner's husband died in harness on 21.10.2005, while he was Nazir in Ladaniyan Block (under suspension).

Patna High Court CWJC No.24395 of 2013 (7) dt.22-10-2016 2/2 Mr. Ajay Bihari Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the petitioner has been paid all the admitted dues. In support of his submissions he has referred to a detailed chart neatly quoted in paragraphs 5 and 6 of the supplementary counter affidavit.

In view of the above, this Court does not intend to proceed further with the matter. In case, if the petitioner still has some grievance with respect to his dues, he can approach the authorities with specific details.
