The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Imadpur P.S.Case No.28 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Prosecution story is that petitioners and five other accused persons called the father of the informant and shot him. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the informant is not eye witness of the occurrence and the petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion. He is in custody since 28.1.2019 and another coaccused has been granted bail vide order dated 24.1.2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30734 of 2019(3) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No.74477 of 2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ranjan Kumar, J.M. Ist Class, Ara (Bhojpur) in connection with Imadpur P.s.Case No.28 of 2018.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
