The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That the present application is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for direction to the respondents to give appointment to the petitioner on compassionate ground upon sudden death of his father on adoption late Pragesh Singh who died in harness while working as Gang Coolie in the Office of Respondent No.4 and for any other relief or direction in the facts and circumstances of the case as may
