JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-10-2021 Though, the present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 28.02.2019 passed in Supply Case No. 114 of 2018 by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Hajipur, whereby and where under the P.D.S. license of the petitioner bearing License No.28 of 2016 has been cancelled as also for quashing the appellate order dated 06.04.2021, but the learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, seeks liberty to prefer a revision petition under Clause 32(vi) of the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2016.

The learned counsel for the respondents State, Shri Upendra Pratap Singh, has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed

Patna High Court CWJC No.12554 of 2021(2) dt.28-10-2021 2/2 of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate revision petition before the concerned Divisional Commissioner and in case such a petition is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be adjudicated on merits and disposed of within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.
