ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-04-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order of cognizance dated 03.05.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur in Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 102 of 2013.

It has been submitted that after about thirteen years of marriage the allegations that there was demand of motorcycle and golden chain does not appear probable. Since these are matters which can only be considered at the stage of trial, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The application is dismissed.
