After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to respondent No.4, namely, Nagar Panchayat, Sahebganj through its Executive Officer, Muzaffarpur, in writing, along with a certified copy of the this order and a copy of the present writ petition with annexures

Patna High Court CWJC No.11621 of 2015 (3) dt.02-02-2016 thereto, who shall, upon receiving the representation as directed hereinabove, dispose of the same, in accordance with law, by making a speaking order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the representation.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order/orders, which may be passed by the respondent No.4, namely, Nagar Panchayat, Sahebganj through its Executive Officer, Muzaffarpur, and/or by the decision or decisions, which may be arrived at by respondent 4, aforementioned, the petitioner shall remain at liberty to take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible.
